If my clearing house already uses TT, will the Ninja application just log straight on as a TT alternative/substitute? or does the broker need to run a Ninja specific back end to enable support?

Your clearing house must support TT's Fix adapter. If they do, NinjaTrader can be supported. Please check with them if they support the Fix Adapter.
