My Norton Ghost broke. I am attempting to repair NT6.5.1.000.7 from the download site.

I keep getting the attached error. This file is not located on my computer.

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

• Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
• Delete your browsing history
• Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

• Repeat above instructions
• Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.
