Chart refusing to backfill.

Hi,
Yesterday I lost my internet connection and today I have reconnected to my data feed to repopulate the charts. However for some reason they are not being repopulated, I have the message Retrieving Data for ES-03-09, this request cannot be aborted, and NT just hangs there.
Any ideas,

Hello Phill.F,

Could please close the current ES 03-09 chart and create a brand new chart and check if the issue persists.

If so, please tell me what interval is selected in the chart.

Try another new chart with a different interval and/or reduced historical data. Check if the chart will load the data.

If the issue persists, please tell me how many windows you have opened in the software. Try creating a new chart once more after reducing the amount of windows (other charts, SuperDOM's, etc) in NinjaTrader.
