Installation Error, *.msi file is missing

Have an error with starting installation of Nt 6.5. Id downloads files from IT, but then call an error, that one file ...msi is missing. WinXP, SP2.

So how to run threw the problem?

Are you using a high-speed connection? The download does NOT work with dial-up, or other lower speed connections.

Very fast connection, another WinXP SP2 users (my friends) have this problem too i see. So they need help too.
