Market Replay Dates and File Locations

I started using the Market Replay Recorder this week and have a couple questions:

    1) I started the recorder on Sunday evening and left my machine turned on all week. It appears as though the entire week of data is saved under Sunday's date. Is there a way to parse this to individual days? Did I do something wrong?

    2) Is there a way to alter the default location for the data file storage (registry hack?), I have multiple installations and would like to store directly on removable drive. Yes I realize I can copy and paste the files; just trying to save a step and save some disk space.

    Hello,

I am sorry neither of these are supported.

Ben, can we edit the registry to do this? It would be great to have the option to point to a different location for the files other than the Documents and Settings directory. This can be key when your drive starts to fill up quickly with tick data.

      Thanks,

        Hi r2kTrader,

Unfortunately we do not support this. You are free to try whatever you want at your own risk, but we do not provide support for this action.

        Thank you for understanding!

I scrubbed the registry and it's too intense to even begin trying to rewire to save data elsewhere.

Question: If I were to change the location of the install from the default, will it still put my data under the system default documents and setting horrid labrynth of a folder?
