indicator problem

hi,

i use ensign to chart and trying to port over settings to NT. Some indicators are not moving over properly. for example, a stochastic setting in ensign is below :

bars : 5, %K : 3; %D : 3simple stochastic

If i use in NT, k - 5, d-3 and smooth - 3, I get different values

thoughts?

Hi vk2205, please try using the normal Stochastics indicator with the following settings - PeriodD 3, PeriodK 5 and Smooth 3. Does it come closer now?

Yes, you posted settings of 5, 3, 3.

I suggested trying 3, 5, 3.

I use k - 5, d-3 and smooth - 3 (my first thread)

you also say,PeriodD 3, PeriodK 5 and Smooth 3 (your reply)

what is the difference? I just reversed the order of period k. It is 3,5,3 I am using
