stop limit vs. simulated stop limit

Hello!

I don't really understand the difference between normal stop limit orders and simulated stop limit orders.

eg.

When I want to buy XY when it hits 100, but I don't want to pay more than 95 - I set a stop limit order with 100 as the trigger and 95 as the limit.

But doesn't the simulated stop limit order do exactly the same?
