How do I chart to .0001 prices for /e7h9 and can I set all chart limit trades (I know you can for stop loss) to market on touch?

You should use the default point setting for the instrument for expected results. However you can modify the display. You will find information on it here:

1.) Verify with your data feed/broker that you are enabled to receive data for E7.

2.) Check the log tab of your Control Center for any errors regarding the E7.
