Market Depth and Cummulative Depth

I'm running NinjaTrader with Mirus Futures, simulation for now, and when I switched from NT5 to NT6 the market depth and cummulative volume buttons both stopped working. I've tried using my regular license as well as the sim license I got from Mirus and in neither case do those buttons work. I have a single quantity display on the buy and the sell price. Is this a bug or are those two items just not working for me? I tried NT5 again and it works just fine there.

Hello Daven:

Try this in NT6, in the SuperDOM, right click and choose 'Properties'.

Verify for me in the 'Properties menu' the following

1. Show Market Depth > Set to 'True'

2. Show Cummulative Depth > Set to 'True'

Let me know if this works.

Before submitting the issue, I verified that those items were set "true", turned them off and on a few times, and reloaded the application three times. However, I think the problem may be related to Norton Internet Security, if that seems remotely possible. During that same pc session where I had the problem, I had difficulty with Outlook and Norton, when I was downloading some e-mail from my e-mail accounts. I fixed the Norton problem, and that seems to have fixed the market depth and cummulative volume problem. Both are now working.
