make indicator according the high and low of each wave

Im trying to put a mark on chart to show if the current wave's high/low is higher/lower the previous wave's high/low.

Not sure if i make it understandable.

So if the current high is higher than the previous high, put a mark somewhere, or make sound etc. Vice versa for lower low than previous low.

Any idea on how to do it?
