No ATM strategy?

Loaded Ninja today and for some reason I can't edit the ATM strategy, e.g. place stops and targets. The drop down box where I usually click "Custom" is unclickable. any ideas?

Thank you for your post.

Did you change license keys recently? Some broker-provided license keys provide only limited functionality and do not include ATM Strategies.

I went live a few days ago, everything was fine until this morning though. I opened up the static super DOM and chart trader but the custom ATM is unclickable in both.

Can you send in a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com? Please include Attn: Ray Stein in the subject. Reference this post and provide the license key you are using under Help --> License Key and I will test it.
