ETFs on Ameritrade not showing up

Hi there. newbie here. I've read the posts on ETFs and I have

1. I have connected to TD Ameritrade.
2. repaired the database and the NT 6.5 installation.

I get regular stock symbol data like INTC, AAPL etc. But I can't get some ETFs like XLF, SKL, SKF, BGU, BGZ. In the instrument manager I see BGU for example, but no chart will appear. I have tried clicking on an INTC chart and just typing a new symbol like BGU, and it show a blank chart. I looked up symbol mapping, but go no results, but from I have gleaned, maybe symbol mapping might be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

whoa nm. after I restarted NT, I had no connected to the Ameritrade data. So it looks like it's all working now. eh...how do I delete posts?

Hello trader_rick1234,

Please ensure to set the exchange to Default. I tested the XLF and BGU on my end while connected to TD AMERITRADE and displayed charts with data as requested.

Connect to TD AMERITRADE.

Go to File-->New-->Chart.

Set Type to 'Stock'.

Type 'BGU' in the Name field.

Leave Exchange to 'Default' and click Ok.
