TT Feed

Ive been trying to connect to a TT feed via ninja and it keeps giving me an error message " Unable to initialize API; configuration failed. Could not open body file" This is a sim account and i was hoping to try it out before I bought it. I already called my broker, we turned off all firewalls and deleted and repaired the DB file. Still doesn't work. Only the zenfire connection works.

Please send your TT connection information to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and reference this forum thread URL. That way we can create and test the connection on our end.

Check for software, such as pop up blockers and anti-virus software as well that could be blocking the connection.

Ok, so i've been playing with it, and for some reason, the TT feed works only when the markets are close at night, but in the morning i get the same error message?
Can't figure out what the problem is?

Could you please send me your connection information as per post #2, so I can test the connection on my end and check if I can reproduce this behavior.
