License verification failed!

Hi,
I upgraded my Ninja 6.5 to the last release but when I trying to verify license I get the error message:
"The back door code you entered is invalid.".
I have tried a few times but I can't get the license to verify!??..

I have made no changes to my computer.

Are you able to check into my status?

PS:And I made this upgrade becase before I couldn´t see all data provider as Gain Forex etc....?This was happened depend the version?

Can you please check your firewall settings, disable them and re-enter the license.

Also make sure you enter the license correctly since the software is case sensitive.

If that doesn't work send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with your license and 'For Vince' in the subject and I will further assist.

Unfortunately I can´t disable firewall!I´m in company where isn´t possible disable firewall.

Hi,

If you're behind a corporate firewall you need to contact your network administrator and ask if he can create permission to bypass the firewall.

The only other alternative is switch locations.
