Lost Connection

    Lost Connection

    I lost my connection.
    After attempting to re-establish the connection and failing to get it done.
    I shut down Ninja and restarted... then established connection.
    Only now I dont see the 4 positions that I had open (live account) and i cant see my live account only the sim account... what do i have to do?

    Go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode. Then open up SuperDOM and select your Live account. You should see your positions now.

    If you don't see them, contact your broker and verify with them you don't have unmanaged orders working.
