Backup Stall

Lately I have been experiencing a problem with backing up my data. When prompted to I click "run backup" but midway through the backup process it just stalls, and I have to manually shut everything down through "end program" in Windows Task Manager. This problem has just started happening the last few weeks, any suggestions??

Hello,

Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button

Please rename your database.
To rename the DB:

• Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
• Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> DB--> NinjaTrader.MDB.
• Right click on NinjaTrader.MDB and select "Rename."
• Name it "NewNinjaTrader.MDB."
• Then restart the software.

If neither of the above work, please reproduce the issue and send us an email from Help>Mail to Support and include the address link to this thread for our reference.
