Volume bars

When I load a chart using volume bars for the ES I can only get bars back to 2 weeks ago . I have access to data for at least 6 months back and format the data series back 190 days when I build the chart .

Am I missing something ? Should I adjust data settings in my options ?

Please let me know what data feed you're connected to in addition to what kind of chart you are attempting to build so I can test this on my side.

Esignal data and I have a default chart with no indicators .

I sent the log and trace to customer service Attn ; Michael referencing this thread if that helps .

What volume parameter are you trying to receive?

ES volume data . 10000 or 50000 volume bars .
