I would like to know the "online-times" of patsystem (do their server maintencance affect my Globex trading - globex stops at 4 pm and starts again at 5 pm - only 1 hour break - and starts on sundays at 3 pm).
I have already sent two emails to them to ask them directly - but unfortunately they don't seem to answer retail-customer mails (at least not mine.....).
May I ask you to help me on this issue - it is really important for me to know the EXACT online times.
