Range Chart Issues

Hello

I have recently set up NT with a feed from PFG Best

My range chart looks completely different to that of a friend's

The bars print really fast and where he has say 5 red candles i have 12

I have reloaded data and formatted and a few other things i could think of

Any thoughts?

Hi razexxx, welcome to the NinjaTrader support forums - which range bar chart setting do you use? Are you both using the same settings and also the same symbol / contract?

not sure but was trying to get it the same so looking at the same thing

was trying to match his 7 range chart

trading forex so should be same symbol

Hi, please check the 'Trading Forex' settings in our PFG connection guide and try to bring up the 7 Range chart for your symbol again - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_PFG.htm

hmmm not sure if my account is set up for Currenex or what it is

but if the settings are down to a tenth maybe that affects something

Yes, please try with changed settings - in addition you can contact PFG to find it if your account is for Currenex or not.
