Can I use IB Simulation Account?

I've been using IB data and NT Sim101 to test my trading strategy. As I gear up for going Live, can I attach to my IB Demo Account, to test NT's trading with the outside world BEFORE going Live?

Once Live, will I be able to easily toggle between Sim101, IB Demo and IB Live?

Hello Brian1,

Unfortunately this is not supported. You can only access accounts (wether sim or live) other than the sim101 account when using a live license.

Once live you can easily toggle between sim101 and live IB account or sim101 and sim IB account; select the account to your liking from the Account field. I suspect the sim IB account uses a different login than your IB live account, which would require a disconnection/re-connection.
