BarChart connection issue

Hi,

I signed up for BarChart today and I can connect to Barchart as I get the chime and the lit green indicator in the bottom left corner. I intend to use BarChart as a historical provider and AMP as my live data feed.

The problem is that when I attempt to download a chart such as the ES 3/08 a blank chart is the end result. I can see the weeks loading in the gray "please wait" box, once it's finished I'm left with an empty chart and a Y & X axis.

Hi hawkvt1, welcome to the NinjaTrader support forums! Please connect to BarChart first and then to your AMP live feed for execution. Also the current front month for the ES would be 03-09, so please try loading this and see if it populates fine. Thanks!

Hi, yes the 3/09 loads fine but nothing historical will load.

Please check your 'Days back' setting when attempting to load a historical contract like ES 12-09 from BarChart. If you just put in i.e. 5 days from today, there will be no data shown for this time period, but a setting like 30 should give you data.
