QID with IB, no data in market analyser

Hello ,

I am connected through IB.
I have problems with stock price display in market analyser.

For example: QID:

I do add->instrument
Type: stock
Symbol: QID
Exchange: Default

then I get no data.

Also no data with Exchange set to ARCA


To get the market data in Market Analyser I do have to do the following:

Tools->Instrumetn Manager
search for QID and select it
then edit QID.
The exchange selected is only the default exchange.
Additionally I have to select also the ARCA exchange.

Save and go back to Market Analyser
Then add-instrument again
and the market data will work.


This is a bit cumbersome for all the stocks I use.

Would it be possible to supply an updated Instruments Manager List so that I can display the stock data immediately?

zweistein,

Currently you will need to input all of your instruments into the Instrument Manager first. Thank you for your suggestion though. We will add it to our list of future considerations.
