how to change the FX Pro order window dimension?

I have a demo with NT and Gain.

When I open a FX Pro window, I get the attachment.

I cannot change this window so I can see the live bid ask prices etc...

What is the problem here?

Hmm ... not sure what would cause that, but may be your desktop settings like e.g. fonts, font size etc. are not standard. I suggest going back to standards and see if would make any difference.

i have the same problem and have tried repairing and resetting database with no luck

Repairing/resetting the DB would not make a difference. the issue might be related to your desktop settings like font, font size. Please revert these settings to default in case you changed them and see if that made any difference.

I had a customer change his screen resolution to 1280 x 1024 which resolved this issue.

Please post it works for anyone with this issue.

It also resolved my issues as well with FX-PRO
