Charts not updating

Hi, I have installed Ninja Trader and the first install failed to load any chart data at all. I have opened another account with Zen-fire and if I connect the external data feed it allows me to open a current chart but i cant seem to get it to update.

I have update dispaly interval set to zero as was suggested by a friend but still nothing

Can anyone please help ? Thanks.

Thank you for your post.

1.) You don't want to be connecting to the external data feed, you will want to create a Zen-Fire connection.

2.) FYI- Update display interval of 0, updates tick by tick, but will use more CPU resources.
