SuperDOM not working

I have been using NT for sometime, and it has been working well, However, I am now trying to get up to speed on using ATM strategies, and am having some difficulty getting SuperDOM to function. The price ladder is completly empty. I have tried both Static and Dynamic DOM, with the same result. I am using YM 03-09, and have tested during market hours.

I am using the evaluation version, so the only account available is Sim101, but the license info in "About" indicates the SuperDOM is enabled

Can you help me figure out what is wrong?

I found the problem...

I am using DTN as a data provider, and after more digging I found the thread on having to subscribe to Level II on DTN in order to get SuperDOM to function.

Sorry for our late reply Bormir, this is correct Level2 data is needed for using the SuperDOM's Market Depth.
