While trading your live account you will need to change the account in the chart trader window in addition to the superDOM. Please click the arrow at the top right of the chart and select your live account in the drop down as this should resolve your inquiry.

Please provide a screen shot of the chart and the superDOM you're using while the situation you described is occurring.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Thanks for the fast reply.

I got license key from NT on 1/4/2009.

The initial setup would not allow me to use the Dynamic Super DOM for futures. I contacted support on 1/5/2009 and they reconfigured my account to use the Dynamic SuperDOM (no change in the license key).

No 3'rd party indicators.

I cannot see my order's on the chart. I do have Chart Trader enabled.

I place order's using Super DOM but they do not show on the chart in LIVE trading. The orders do show correctly in SIM trading.

This did work correctly a few days ago. What am I doing wrong? I am new to NT...
