We have been experiencing several issues with loading the Charts in NinjaTrader. We have setup our own workspace of around 18 Charts, using YTR indicators and it has been working fine until yesterday. The charts will sometimes stop loading in the middle, then after that, all other charts (even if from other workspaces) will not load anymore. To make it work again, we have to close the workspace and restart the NinjaTrader program, then open the workspace first before connecting to the data feed.
Before, we have no problems whatsoever as to simultaneously loading the charts and feeding the data into them.
Initially, we thought it was because our YTR indicators was about to expire, but we had that corrected by YTR. They got the machine ID of our NinjaTrader and activated our license. But the loading issues still exist.
Please give us a better insight on why we are having problems with loading the charts. We often see dialog boxes of “loading GBP.JPY” succeeded by another one t hat says “saving”, then loading will just stop. Sometimes, there’s a dialog box that will say something close to “Verifying YTR Indicator License on primary server”, then loading will stop. Thanks!
