Data Box vs Charts

Hi. I was just working with 30 min bars on the ES 3-09. There is a 2-3 tick discrepancy between the number that the Data Box calls the High or Low and what the cursor as a cross hair shows agains the vertical price list on the right. More precisely the bars are 3 ticks higher than the Data Box and the Lows are 2 ticks shorter. Which one is correct?

Hello PJ,

It should be the same. Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data' and check again.

If the discrepancy persists, please post a screenshot of the chart and Data Box.

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
