not able to see bulenox account on web trading

hi,
I only see 1 account when I login to the web trading site.
I dont see my bulenox account bx0000-12

How do i get it to show up?

I need to add the license key I think from their documentation but I dont see any way to do that on the web. For some reason its showing up on the desktop (with its own problems..).
