Moving/retaining hand drawn horizontal lines

Say I draw some S&R lines by hand .. is there any way I can keep these and apply to other charts e.g. draw on 15min and and apply to 5 min or some other variation? I tried saving as a template but this does not hold the horizontal lines. I realise I could just draw them again, but wondered if there was an easier way?

You can save draw objects by going to File>workspaces>Save as...

Or you can draw the line and just change the interval setting from the chart tool bar.

These are you only options without custom programming.
