Charts continuous loading

    Charts continuous loading

    gettting 2 errors.

    first one: "You cannot add/change/remove and indicator until your prior request has completed loading historical data"
    this happens when i click on the indicators at the top of the chart.

    second one: "Unhandled exception: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."
    this happens when I open any new chart.

    Tried emailing technical support thru the platform but that doesn't work either, says too many emails have been sent.

    i don't know whats going on.

    So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      I sent you all the info you requested. it also won't keep track of profit and losses, and won't load my apex account, just shows the sim accounts.

        If you have not imported your license key already your Evaluation account may not show up in NinjaTrader, please see the following link to learn how to import your Evaluation Service License key.

          link you sent leads nowhere. even tried it from here. can't get anywhere with the link.


          need more help. have used this platform virtually flawlessly for almost a year.




          Importing License Keys - NinjaTrader Desktop


          This article provides an overview of how to import License Keys to a NinjaTrader Username if you have upgraded from NinjaTrader 8.0 to NinjaTrader 8.1. Last Reviewed Last Published 9/23/2024License Keys Overview


          License Keys are no longer needed to connect to your account on the latest version of the NinjaTrader Desktop app (version 8.1 or later).

          Instead, all entitlements granted by License Keys, including your Account Plan, the ability to connect to 3rd-party brokerage accounts, and access to the Order Flow+ set of tools are tied directly to your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard Username.

          If you have upgraded from NinjaTrader 8.0 to NinjaTrader 8.1, your License Key will be imported to your NinjaTrader Account username automatically. If you need to import a License Key manually to your username, please see this section below - Importing A License Key

          Note: NinjaTrader Accounts created after March 3rd, 2023 will not receive a License Key. Instead, all account plan and add-on entitlements are managed from the Settings > Plans page of your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard. Important Note for Evaluation Service Users


          If you are a customer of an Evaluation Service that uses the Rithmic connection, you no longer a need to import a License Key to your NinjaTrader username.

          All entitlements granted by a License Key you may have received from an Evaluation Service Provider will automatically be included with the NinjaTrader Account username you use to download and sign into the NinjaTrader Desktop app on your computer.
