No candles on chart for MMC,MSC,EMD.

    No candles on chart for MMC,MSC,EMD.

    Hi i have problem seeing candles on chart , i have CME data subscription and have problem seeing symbols like MMC MAR25, MSC MAR25, EMD(not displaying MAR25​ like others). All of them have set exchange as Globex. ES , NQ and some others are working just fine.

    Thank you for the message.

    Due to the the low volume of these instruments, they are not supported at this time.
    • The data for the instruments isn't loading in the Desktop Platform.
    • You can see the data for them load in the Web Platform, but if you try placing an order on these it will result in an Order Rejection.

    In the future, if you have a NinjaTrader Brokerage account it would be best to send an email with your question to the Chat Bot on our website or to the support team directly at Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com as we can look into and share more private and sensitive information there.

        Hello Fertryd2,

        Thank you for the message.

        Our normal hours of support are from Monday-Friday 8 am - 4 pm CST.

        If you sent in an email outside of those hours, then you may have to wait for the normal work week to receive a response.


        I searched our system for the email address you used to make your Forum Username and do not see any emails connected to that email address.
        • If that was the email address you used, you would want to re-send your email to us at Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com
