Can NT be installed on a hosting server?

These guys for example, are in the CBOT building.
So surely there would never be a disconnection because its in the same building.
Other than when ZenFire itself goes down.
Can you tell me if NT is able to be installed on a remote server like this?

The problem is, the connection to NT isn't in the cbot building anyway.
So that would probably be pointless.
It goes to some rithmic server in NY state.
What I want is for NT to be hosted on a server, to stop the problems related to disconnection between the server and my machines.
I realize even ZenFire goes down from time to time, but very rarely.
The most problems I encounter is my internet being d/c or a problem with my pc's etc.
I want to get rid of this variable and have it hosted right next to or even on the same server as my connection.
Any solutions?
