    Changing Instrument with Fib

When chanigng instruments after placing a fib retracement on the chart, the chart is rescaled to include the fib, which is now way below the new instrument's price (ie, changing form ES to YM). Can't you include a parameter to not rescale in this situation (TS has a chekcbox to include/not expand the chart's range to include analysis techniques.

    Thanks.

    Hello Pivot44,

    Thank you for your post.

Please try double clicking on the Fib line and the properties box should appear. You can uncheck "auto scale" to not have the chart scale to the drawing.

      re:

Thanks, that works perfectly when changing instruments.

I thought that checkbox description of 'auto scale' meant that as the chart progressed and prices moved to new highs/lows, the fib would not stay in place if unchecked.
