Ninja trader broker connection

Hi,

I have a multi-broker licence since many years and i run all my strategies on NT7 with AMP/CQG broker.

i would like to have a second broker account and i have a look at NT broker.

However, on NT7, i don't see the possibility (see the screen shot attached) to select Ninja Trader broker on the account connection set up.

Can you help ?

For clarification, are you looking to open an account with NinjaTrader? Or do you have an existing account with us already and simply looking to connect on NinjaTrader 7?

As indicated, I have a lifetime license with Ninja Trader. I have been trading with NT7 for years using AMP as my broker.

I should have an account with Ninja Trader (username thomas79, you can verify).

I would like to know if, should I open an account with Ninja Trader’s brokerage (which I currently don't have), I would be able to connect and trade on this account with NT7?

My question is because I don't see it listed among brokers when I try to set up the connection on NT7.

Having a Lifetime license is not the same as having a brokerage account, one gives you the benefit of having our licensed tools without any additional cost while the other is the actual brokerage account that you can trade with your personal funds.


You seemingly also understand this here:

If your intent is to connect to a NinjaTrader account, you must open a personal account with our brokerage. We can edit the 'missing' connection later on.

Thank you for your answer, i understand the difference between the lifetime licence and the brokerage account. As i told you I have been trading with AMP for over 10 years with NT7.

My question is: "if I open a brokerage account with your broker, could I trade with NT7?"

My problem is that I don't see the possibility in the NT7 "connection set up" to select "Ninja broker" unlike other brokers where I don't have an open account.

I don't want to open an account with your broker, deposit funds and then tell me it is not possible to trade with NT7.

last questions :

Can I open 2 accounts:

- One for me personally
- One for my company

Can I connect to the 2 accounts on NT7 and trade on the 2 accounts simultaneously (my personal & my company) and the third one AMP? (remember i have a multi-broker lifetime licence)

For me the answer is yes but not sure if there are 2 accounts from your same broker
