Same Data Feed but different Bars/Bricks

Good day,

I have 2 computers

on both run XAU/USD with the FXCM Datafeed on 100 Renko

But both look different , why? how can I fix ?

There are a couple of reasons why this could be.

• Historical Data Differences:
  • One computer may have a different set of historical data than the other. The bars on Renko charts are built from historical data, so any discrepancies could stem from different data sources or data gaps.
  • To resolve this, right-click on your chart and select "Reload All Historical Data" on both computers. This ensures that both systems are pulling the latest and identical data from the provider.
• Chart Data Cache:
  • If one of the computers has older cached data, this might lead to discrepancies. Try clearing the cache and allowing both computers to re-download fresh data:
    1. Close NinjaTrader on both computers.
    2. Go to Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db and delete the folders: 'tick', 'minute', 'day', and 'cache' (do not delete any other files or folders).
    3. Restart NinjaTrader on both systems, and reload the chart to re-download the data.
