IB data download & chart zooming

Hi,
I got two questions:

1/If I subscribe to Interactivebrokers, will I be able to download historical data? I use now simulation version but planning going live soon and I would like to use the IB data also in other programs so I need to be able to export them from NT. So is it possible/how to do it?


2/ Whenever I press the zoom in icon nothing happens (to the view), then the mouse changes shape to the plus shape as on the icon, whenever I click on the chart, nothing happens. How may I zoom in the chart? What am I doing wrong?
