View number of lots on book - Dynamic superDom

Hi everyone, today I activated the Ninjatrader data with the second level of the book (before I only had the first level), to see all the orders on the various levels of the book. I closed and reopened the platform, as indicated in the activation email received, but I don't see the lots marked on the levels (see attached image). What do I have to do to see them? Thank you for posting.

To view level II data please right click in the SuperDOM->Properties->Set "Show market depth" to True then click Ok.

If you still do not see Level II data in the SuperDOM please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

just sent you the email with what you wrote to me because unfortunately I don't see anything. I already had the active "Show market depth".
