using multiple graphs for single strategy

Is there a way to create a single strategy that can make calculations
on for instance a 1 minute graph, and at the same time make calculations
on a 5 minute graph?

You can create an ATM strategy template and select it in both charts. It is not supported to initiate an ATM strategy on one chart, which will run on a other chart as well. You will need to select the strategy per chart.
