trading live on nt7

hi nt7 support

i have nt8 live and sim account trade on both but when i attempt to view or open multiple workspaces at once it crashes due to tick data loading. now i don't face this issue with nt7 sim account

so my question can i trade with my live account on nt7? if yes how to connect it?

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, unless you had an account with NinjaTarder prior to March 2023 and also have a previously purchased LifeTIme License key, you would not be able to connect to your live account on NT7.

All recent NinjaTrader users must use the latest version of NT8 desktop (8.1.3.1) to trade their live account.
