Ninjatrader horrible liquidation policy

Had on 19 mes long and at the time of close, there was margin excess. I did all the calculations and left for swinging mid term. Next day market was up higher by 50pts. A message was sent out that morning before market and at the eod of the day, liquidated my full position. Reason was because 1 mes contract was in margin the prior day and resulted in a loss. The customer support stated I got 2 days notice but there was only one message on the day of.

Other brokers would liquidate only the positions needed to meet margin. I am shocked. What do I do? What can I do? What is up with the lack of alerts and messages. I only got one on the day of which I found out after the fact.

This is total bull****. I love the platform but this is unreasonable to me.

Spoke to two customer service reps. I requested logs of when the decision to execute my positions took place. They could not provide that. I am tryin to prove to them that I was not in margin as I had margin excess at the end of the previous trading day. The next day my positions appreciated so there is no way to be in margin the day after. What is NT trying to hide? I was want some transparency.
