ACN stock cannot be traded using NT

Hi, can you please check the ACN stock, it cannot be traded using NT thru interactivebrokers

Can you please tell me if you are able to receive data for the ACN in NinjaTrader.

What happens if you submit an order? Do you receive an error message? If so, please tell me what the error states.

Make sure you have NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.8 and TWS 887.2 installed.

the message: There is no market data available to drive the simulation engine.
it happen to real market also.
No bid/ask displayed on chart trader, please check

Can you please create a new chart and setup the Format Data Series window as the attached screenshot.

Check if you display data in the chart.
