I suggest to use the ConstantLines indicator. It will plot lines at the Y-axis values you enter and displays a price marker as well.

Hi, I tried this indicator, well it's more o less than I need but I would like to have the option to move the lines manually and to modify the price thereon indicated.Is it possible?.

Unfortunately this is not supported. You will need to change the values in the Indicator menu to change the location of the lines.
