    Weird error

I use the zenfire feed. I have been trading the NQ 3/09 contract this last week, but now I am unable to load it. Everything was fine until tonight when I tried to pull last weeks charts back up. I can still pull up the old contract (NQ 12/08), but not the new one. The error I get says "Error on loading chart data for NQ 03-09 GLOBEX (says it twice). The provider could not determine the Object value. For example, the row was just created, the default fir the object column was not available, and the consumer had not set a new Object value"- No idea what that means....Sorry if this is an easy fix, like I said its been working all week. I am new to the software. Thanks.

Hmm .. looks like your DB might be corrupted. Please try Tools->Options->Misc->Repair DB

Thanks for your reply. I did that, and when I tried to open a chart it asked me to repair historical data. I went to tools/historical data, but the "repair" button is not clickable (its faded out). Any ideas?

            Hi,

Please reset your instrument list then re-add the NQ 03/09, let me know if your inquiry is resolved after doing so.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Misc tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Re-add this instrument using these directions:

From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
            Highlight the NQ
Press the ">" button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
Press the "<" button and the instrument should re-appear with the front month expiration date
