My continuum error - no connection

    My continuum error - no connection

    Upon startup, error connecting to continuum, which stated "no description is available, login failed. I then deleted my continuum & added it back. I entered correct username/password credentials & now it says username/password invalid. Trust me, I have the correct user/pass. How do I reset password & get data to be up & running asap.
