You will need to set a different port number for the second connection in both NinjaTrader and Traders Workstation.
To do this in NinjaTrader go to Tools> Account Connections
Select your account and press Change
Press Next, Under Port change it to 7497.
Press next and Finished
For Traders Workstation go to Edit> Global Configuration> API> Settings
Under Socket Port enter 7497
Now you should be able to connect to both at the same time
