Trouble connecting strategies

Greetings for some time now I have a problem when I try to connect the strategies in ninjatrader. I would like to mention that this problem occurs when the Apex account is reset. I have tried all the answers found here on the forum but unfortunately none has yielded results, and in the strategy tab in the Instrument column does not bring any Instrument. if I add it and the manual way works and the strategy turns green. If I only check the enabeled box I get the error in the attachment.

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
