    Ninjatrader 7 chart empty

    Hey guys thank you soo much for all your support
    My issue is i recently back to my old ninjatrader 7 setup and got my RITHMIC account demo connected . in the main page i can see the pricee moves and the ask and the bid change so theres no issue with the connection . but when i'm trying to open a new chart i get an empty chart .
    BTW I'm using the .37 version .

    Thanks for your note.

    NinjaTrader 7 is not supported for use with the Evaluation accounts. So, we are only able to provide minimal support in this matter. The Evaluation accounts are supported for use on NinjaTrader 8.


    I see that you're running an older version of NinjaTrader 7. The newer version contains many critical updates to the database. Please update NinjaTrader 7 and reset your instruments:

    First, to update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
    • First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Under 'Prior Releases' select the version next to 'NinjaTrader 7' to begin your download.
    • Before running the installer, ensure that NinjaTrader is closed.
    Lastly, to reset your instruments, please follow the steps below:
    • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed
    • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK
    • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection

    From here, restart NinjaTrader > Connect to data > and test if the charts are updating.
    • Make sure you are looking at a current contract like ES 06-24

    To update to NinjaTrader 8:
    • Login into your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard
    • Click "Download" in the bottom left-hand corner of the sidebar
    • Select "Download" in the "Most Recent Release" section
    • Once the installation is downloaded, ensure any previous version of NinjaTrader is closed before running the installation package.
    After completing the installation, you can log into the platform using the same username and password as your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard.
    • Note: Updating NinjaTrader Desktop will not affect any custom configurations, workspaces, or add-ons.

      Thnks clayton .
      Right now i already have an account in the new NT8 . and working fine
      The reason i'm also working with the .37 NT7 is for a strategie that only work on .37 and older i was told by the develloper .

      Now it only show me the new data but the old no

        Hello abdo22,

        Thank you for the update.

        Version 7.0.1000.37 came out in December 6, 2017, and we wouldn't expect it to work any longer.

        If the same account is working as expected within NinjaTrader 8 but not NinjaTrader 7, this wouldn't be a surprise since the Evaluation accounts are not supported on NinjaTrader 7.


        If you have any further questions, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
        • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
        • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
        • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
        • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
        • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
        • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
          • Send the email
