Price Based Initial Stop ATM

I trade fairly quick tick charts. I would love to be able to have an ATM that would place my initial stoploss 1 tick above or below the high or low of the candle previous to the one I open the trade on.
I've tried using both the chart trader and DOM, and although it works manually, it isn't exact, and I sometimes misclick the mouse resulting in a stop out.
Could this be done via a manually opened strategy or an ATM/Ninjascript combo?
I am not a coder but would be willing to pay if it's possible from a technical standpoint in NT.
