Connecting to Zen-Fire

I used the platform as usual today but this evening the control centre freezes as it attempts to connect to Z.F. As I close it down the upper bar simply states not responding . Also the charts do not load correctly only till 1300 hours. My broker is Mirrus. Any Ideas?

Thank you for your post.

Please try repairing your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.

Then open a new chart.

Thanks for the quick response. I completed the DB repair and found that the new chart was still only till 13:00 hours and no connection to Zen-Fire.

Try the following to get connected to ZenFire:

1.) Remove your connection: Tools --> Account connections --> (your created connection) --> remove.
2.) Repair your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.
3.) Restart NinjaTrader and create a new connection using the connection guide: http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/su...tionguides.htm
